Accredited T'ai Chi Chih instructor Christina Tillotson has been studying and practicing T'ai Chi Chih since 1983. During three of those years, she also studied the martial art form of T'ai Chi, T'ai Chih Chuan. Christina was accredited to teach Tai Chi Chih in California, and moved to the Washington DC area in 1993 for a four-year stay. She was very privileged to be the first person to bring this form of T'ai Chi to the Washington, DC area, and enjoyed teaching all levels of students including Senior Citizens, teenagers, and cancer patients. Christina has been in the education and training business for over 20 years, and is now a Religious Science Minister in charge of distance learning for United Centers for Spiritual Living international headquarters and for the Holmes Institute accredited Master's program in Consciousness Studies. She finds that T'ai Chi Chih keeps her balanced, relaxed, energized and healthy throughout her busy schedule.

Serenity in the midst of activity for advanced T'ai Chi Chih students. Prerequisite: The beginning T'ai Chi Chih classes and the Intermediate Class. Seijaku classes arranged by request.
