Welcome to a transformational learning journey! An exploration of the Science of Mind & Spirit is an adventure into an expanded and empowered life. The discovery of your individual place in the universe and your personal relationship to the Creative Power opens doors to fulfillment in your daily experience, and directs the course of your life in positive and enriching ways. As the founder of Religious Science, Ernest Holmes, says,
"There is a power for good in the universe greater than you are and you can use it!"
This class is a pre-requisite for all other Science of Mind classes.

Power of Your Word on-line class is a 10-week course that explores spiritual mind treatment and its use for treating for another by examining each stage of treatment in depth. Power of Your Word also enhances and encourages the development of personal spiritual practice in life.
In this class you will learn how to identify the underlying factors for effective prayer, describe prayer content and write affirmations and treatments that address personal desires and needs for yourself and others. On the personal level, you will learn how to identify any personal limiting beliefs and describe situations in which you interrupt your prayers.
Power of Your word explores what it means to pray continuously and aids in designing and/or deepening a spiritual practice that will continue to feed your spiritual life. Come discover the Power of Your Word.

Roots is an amazingly transformational class and a fascinating journey through the minds of New Thought luminaries who greatly influenced Ernest Holmes, the founder of Religious Science. You will deepen your understanding of the philosophical foundation of Religious Science and other New Thought teachings, and be inspired by the power of the written word. Truth lives on through the works of the authors and spiritual pioneers that we study: Ralph Waldo Emerson, Judge Thomas Troward, and Emma Curtis Hopkins.

Important Notes: Please Read Before Registering for Any On-Line Class
1) On-line classes in a text chat room may not fit with all learning styles. Please click here to see how the classes are conducted to make sure that this form of spiritual community works for you.
2) IMPORTANT: If you belong to a United Centers for Spiritual Living affiliated communiyt OR or live closer than 30 miles to a church or UCSL community, you need to have your Minister's e-mailed permission to enroll in an on-line class. PLEASE do not enroll or pay your deposit until you have that permission. If you are not a member of a community AND live 30 miles away from a community or further, you do not need a Minister's permission. These classes are created for you.
2) All students will be charged a separate technology fee of $10 except for Prac II students, who will be charged a separate technology fee of $25.
The 30 weeks each of Professional Practitioner Studies On-Line Years I and II will begin again September 7, 2008. Registration opens on June 22, 2009.
- Year II begins on Monday, September 7, 2009, 4:30 - 7:30 PM Pacific Time, 7:30- 9:30 PM Eastern Time.
- Year One begins Wednesday, Sept 9, 2009, 4:30 - 7:30 PM Pacific Time, 7:30 - 9:30 PM Eastern Time.

The path to Professional Practitioner Studies:
The following four classes available on-line are prerequisites for those entering Professional Practitioner Studies in Fall, 2009:
The Foundations of Science of Mind (13 weeks, $275)
The following can be taken in any order:
The Power of Your Word OR Treatment and Meditation (10 weeks, $250)
Self-Mastery (8 weeks, $205) OR Financial Freedom (10 weeks, $250): Both are recommended.
Roots of Science of Mind (10 weeks, $250)
New Classes required for those on the new required two year Practitioner Path entering Foundations in 2009:
New Class in development: The Essential Ernest (TBA - not required of those entering Practitioner studies in the Fall of 2009)
New Class in development: Visioning or Meditation (TBA - not required of those entering Practitioner Studies in 2009)
