To register a class with Rev. Dr. Christina Tillotson, copy the registration form below into an e-mail with the name of the class in the subject area, fill it out without deleting the questions, and e-mail it to: christina@enhancing.com. Your payment completes your registration. Click the appropriate link under the appropriate class to pay by credit card through AccessPoint's secure server.

8. If you live 30 miles or closer to a UCRS church, you need to have permission from the nearest Minister to take an on-line class. About how far do you live from the nearest Church of Religious Science?
9. If you live closer than 30 miles from a Church, do you have a physical reason besides distance that would prevent you from going to a class at a church? If so, please explain. (You will still need a Minister's permission e-mailed to your instructor.)
10. Have you ever taken any Science of Mind classes before, whether at a church affiliated with United Church of Religious Science or with Religious Science International?? If so, which ones and approximately when? If you are registering for any class other than Foundations of Science of Mind, you must have taken your last class withn the past three years or you need to re-take Foundations.. (Exceptions can be made for rare extraordinary circumstances.)
